My neighbor, [name removed], is a postman. Today he was talking to a deputy sheriff on his route in Skyway who alerted him that they are once again tracking a maroon Chevy Caprice with three African-American young men who are cruising our neighborhood and breaking into houses. If you happen to see such a vehicle please call the sheriff.
